We provide complete event planning services to our clients. Events by Shani understands that it may be overwhelming to consider planning an important family event such as a wedding or a Bar / Bat Mitzvah while thousands of miles away especially with a different local culture and language. We do anything and everything necessary to ensure success before, during, and after the event, including but not limited to:

• Suggestions, recommendations and negotiations for venues and vendors

• Assistance with budgeting and monitoring of costs & payments

• Hebrew and English contract review and negotiation

• Special care for international and out-of-town guests

• Assistance with menu creation and food tastings

• Regular & ongoing client communication

• Development of a theme/concept, logo design and branding

• Experienced guidance and creative problem solving every step of the way

• Assistance with the Israeli Rabbinate and finding the right Rabbi 

• Organizing Rabbinical procedures and rituals for weddings and Bar / Bat Mitzvahs

• For Bar Mitzvahs at the Kotel / Western Wall, securing and reserving prime locations in the men’s and women’s sections

• Creation of and revisions to the detailed wedding day schedule

• Full wedding day attendance and management from the set-up until the very end allowing you to enjoy as a guest

• Coordination of all deliveries and vendors during set-up on the day of the event

• Planning and coordination of events and activities prior to and after the main event including transportation, tours, trips, activities, meals, and hotel stays

• Bridging the gap between the client and vendor while keeping clients informed and calm 

• Customized detailed wedding checklist during the planning stages

• Specialized services including “Day of" packages where venues and suppliers have already been selected but on-site coordination is a must for the success of the event 

• Other services necessary to ensure successful celebrations and complete client satisfaction
